BMW Wants to Take You to M Town

Gotta make a move to a town that's right for me. Town to keep me movin', keep me grovin' with some energy. We're talking 'bout it, talking 'bout it, talking bout it, talking 'bout it. Won't you take us to... BMW M Town?

BMW is bringing it's M exhibition to BMW Welt in Munich permanently. M Town lets you tour BMW's M lineup in person. BMW says "the innovative design concept is based on the marketing campaign with the same name. M Town, the digital and social communication platform, is the virtual dream city and home to all motorsports enthusiasts and fans of the BMW Group brand specialising in high-performance sports cars. The dynamic rhythm of M Town pulsates wherever you find passion for high-performance automobiles."

We're not really sure what any of that means, but we do know it's a cool cyberpunk-ish display of LEDs and neon with M cars on display. And lots of places for you to take selfies.

Ok, really it's just a couple of M cars on display in front of a bunch of lights and some information about the cars. But it opens today and if you're in Munich you can check it out for free. Which is the cheapest you'll ever see for anything M related.

And while you're there, take a look at the rest of the BMW Welt. The company's museum where they show off many of the company's classic and contemporary models._a2_
