2017 BMW M3 Remote Start

Hi just bought my first M3

One of the options it had was remote start but i have no idea how to do it? Can anyone tell me please how its done?

You can download the BMW connected app for remote features like ventilation. The only way to get remote start is through a 3rd party and they require you to sacrifice one of your key fobs in order to install it.

When you say ventilation you mean windows rolling down, correct? Not turning on the A/C?

I'd really like an option to turn on the A/C remotely from afar given 115 degree summers in Arizona.

Unfortunately, you would need to go to an aftermarket remote start system (and sacrifice one of your key fobs) to achieve this.

Press the lock button three times and then hold it... if your car comes with remote start it will start
