hi i have a 1992 325i, and the window switches have the white backing(no auto up/down feature) i have aquired switches with the green backing(with auto up/down feature) i have the wiring loom aswell/. has anyone installed these switches? and if so what is required? regards, daniel.

ok I have a 96 328i that has a 5 speed and vanos but no acs. tracking. but the car had an engine fire. so I bought a parts car 97 328i auto and acs tracking. my question is will the wiring harness from the auto work on my 96 5 speed, or will i burn up my ecu??
