I have been looking around for different performance parts to add to my new car and seem to find many options for the N20 engine, but very few that are compatible with the more emission friendly N26 engine. Does anyone own a 428xi GC with the N26 engine and know of brands/products that fit with...

I have a 2008 535xi and just installed an Injen cold air intake. The next install I wanted to do, along with JB4, was a VRSF charge pipe and Tial BOV. The question I have is: has anyone done this combo before, and if so, does everything fit? The BOV seems to sit pretty high on the charge pipe...

Disclaimer: I am not an expert by any means. I just like to figure problems out and then fix them. With that being said, I am just sharing my experience with you and you will operate at your own risk if you decide to give it a try. Background: I was driving my 09 E93 (N54) on a highway about...

I'm new to turbo'd cars and im having fun with usual mods (Jb4 and catless DP) but have read here and there a charge pipe is recommended if not needed if you like spirited driving and running map 2. I installed the DP myself and while it was a pain in the ass it was not even close to being the...

I have a 2009 BMW 335i. Being in California, it isn't easy to get mods that are CARB approved. I was thinking about getting a COBB tune, FMIC, VRSF inlets or BMS dci, a charge pipe, and eventually a new exhaust. What are the best CARB approved mods I can get for my car? I would love various...

I got to ask bcuz this is confusing me... I went to the dealership and they "recommended" me to change my throttle and intercooler pipes. That is going to cost around $1500 for plastic pipes!! I looked online for aftermarket pipes but only find charge pipes. I need HELP!!!!!!:dunno:

Hi guys, I been reading all kinds of saying about the stock plastic charge pipe is gonna be a "time bomb"! Is it really that bad? the plastic pipe really gonna explode some day? Why is BMW putting such a under developed part in a M car? I dont know if it is necessary to change the charge...
  10. X6 E71 / E72 (2008 - 2014)
Hi all, I've been running JB4 Stage 3 on my 2009 X6 N54 for the last month and although the performance increase is phenomenal even on the mild Map 1, I am worried that the factory charge pipe might crack quicker. Unfortunately nobody makes aftermarket charge pipes for the X6 N54 =( So the...
