The car looks and drives(i never drove a BMW before that) pretty good; after negotiating, i went to a independent shop and did a pre-purchase full inspection and they got the below ones;
1.) Brake fluid MIGHT need a change(Didn't mark as a priority)
2.) Squeaking noise from the belt...
