    Couple days ago, I decided to check how warm my engine has been running, and it reaches up to 85.c in 30-50 degree weather... I remember back in the summer time of 2016 before I completely flushed out my (green / old) coolant it was operating at a normal 97.C which is normal for m54 engine...

    I have just purchased a 2011 328i with NAV. Is there any way to have the system read out the engine temperature? That seems like something that would be good to know when you are driving. Even my old pick-up has a heat gauge.

    The temp gauge on my '95 M3 started showing cold today while driving, and then regular temp at idle. The cold was about halfway from very cold and normal temp. I wasn't running the AC. It's central Florida and pretty hot, I would think it should run at normal temp even if the thermostat is stuck...

    Hey, In winter, my engine never seems to get warm enough. The engine temperature gauge needle stays in the blue zone on the left. After harder driving on the highway, it gets close to the white line marking the left zone, but never even enters the middle zone, and certainly never gets to 12...
