So under Warranty the Injectors have all been replaced

Are you seeing this light on your cluster?
and/or are you having long cranks like in this video?
Then you most likely have a high pressure fuel pump (HPFP for short) failing/failed.
The 1/2 engine light could come on for different reasons: injectors, spark plugs...
