lower control arm

    I am replacing the lower control arms on my 03 325i. Driver side done. Passengers side has this bolted on and the new does not come with this or a hole to attach it. Please help me identify this part and tell me if I need to return what I have or should I drill a hole for it? Thank you in advance.
