Looking at replacing the pads on my 2008 520d. They're not extremely low yet and no warnings have came up on the dash or on the iDrive as of yet but they're squeaking quite a lot so i'm replacing the pads in hope that it fixes the problems.
I am wondering about the sensors. I have read...
I just replaced the front brake rotors and pads with a Brembo and Pagid combination from Bavarian Auto. The job seemed to go well, and I had a helper who has done it before on his car. After driving home, I took a look, and the outboard pads on both sides seem to be very angled, so...
My brake pads started squeaking a few months ago. So I took them apart, cleaned and greased the following:
1. Caliper guide pins: Greased with silver anti seize
