rims and tires

Hi guys I was online looking for some new rims and tires and there is a set of 08' 750 rims with tires brand new, wondering if they would fit on my F25? I don't know much about that so all help is appreciated! Don't want to waste the money if it can't fit... :eek:

Just got a White 328xi. Less than 100 mile on it (dealer to house). Exploring swap of rims/wheels from stock style 393 to style 397 (this style standard on Sport Line). Any idea on price and location? Will it affect the Warranty? How much can I get for current set of wheels and tires -style 397?
