    2000 328i 5spd manual mileage 149,XXX. One again I am debating whether I should try Redline D4 ATF or MTL 70w80 GL-4 Gear oil v.s. Royal Purple Max Gear 75w90 or Synchromax. Which one last longer and provides better smoother shifting?:confused:
