I made this but realized I was asking a stupid question because my rear tires are showing iron. Where is the delete post button?

2001 330 ci Penny got stuck in cig lighter. Sparks - pulled fuse removed penny now Car won't turn over. Is there a reset for the alarm or is this fuse issue. Car was running fine until then. Thanks for all help
