I replaced the battery in my BMW 330Ci convertible. I set the time and date in the computer/navigation screen however when I turn the engine off and start it up the date and time are blank again. Do I need to initialize something since I disconnected the battery?

I have a 2007 530i which I just bought. The car is running great but the time on the console asks me to set the time every single start of the car. Date stays fine and shows the correct date. Any ideas what may be happening? Thanks.
