Hi everyone, My 1995 BMW 318i convert engine is sounding really weird. Its almost as if my engine is "stressed" heres a link to the video on youtube of how it sounds. Any suggestions on the cause/ has anyone ever had this issue before? Thanks for your advice, appreciate it!

I have a 1990 325i and when I am in gear and the rpm's go above 4000 I can hear the belts making a sound. Almost like they are rubbing or something but they look fine and don't make the sound when I'm in neutral and revving the engine. If anyone has any knowledge about this it would be...
