I would like to increase the brightness of the driving headlights on my 07 525i but am not sure what is the best way in going about getting it done and would appreciate any and all suggestions and opinions. Thanks.

Halogen or xenon? If it's xenon buy new bulbs, they dim over time.

I am not sure as I have no idea what type of bulb the car was supplied with, will have to make a check. How difficult is it to remove and replace headlight bulbs in the 07 E60 525i.

I checked and the car is fitted with Halogen H7 55W high beam bulbs. In an effort to improve night time visibility can I safely replace the existing bulbs with some higher wattage Halogen bulbs ??

Just buy HID's for the car. No halogen bulb will give you the lighting of an hid bulb

I do agree with that statement, but I spoke with Daniel from Daniel Stern Lightning who gave me some great advice and based on that I have purchased Philips Xtreme Vision +130 H7 bulbs for both high / beams lamps.
