Hey guys/gals,
So I had a surface-mounted capicitor from my dashboard monitor catch fire on me. The electrical fire also took out the small chip connected to the lcd inverter transformer(circled in the photo). As a result, the lcd lighting on my monitor is gone and I can barely see anything on the screen. I realize this is a very specialized problem, but I was wondering if anyone knew what the model # on that chip was that got burned up? My backup plan is to find someone that has circuit board repair experience, but I haven't been able to find someone.
