I have a 135is with the DCT and was wondering if the throttle blip during downshifts can be deactivated. I don't believe it is done for any performance reason, but don't really know how it works. Even when in auto-mode, with the car doing the downshifting, when I slowly ease, decelerate to a stop at a light, it will annoyingly gun the engine, especially the 2-1 shift. Most other times, even when shifting in low-rev situations, the downshifts are too aggressive sounding. It is too artificial and finally irritating the crap out of me. Thanks.
