Okey

since I have so low mpg I started to investigate car, pluged in pc told me o2 sensor,

removed them nothing changed, maf is good, also I have removed catalyst converter,

and gas smell on cold starts, removed engine plastic no gas on injectors,

I need to replace valve cover gasket,

can you help meeE?

I want to have my mpg back!!

What code did you get?
You likely have a vacuum leak so changing the O2s will do nothing. You need to fix the air leak/injectors/etc. Only way to tell what to fix is by testing.

Well I had program on laptop, well about air leak,

I will insert smoke in engine to see where it leaks,

other suggestions??

should i replace o rings?

Test it. Find and post your fuel trims doing the following test:
Idle for 90 seconds
1k for 90
2k for 90
3k for 90
2k for 90
1k for 90
Idle

And if you have codes post them.
How are your tires and inflation?
