I changed the head gasket, felpro after having the engine head milled but still have oil and water mix. I plan to disassemble and have the head pressure tested. The new gasket did not do the job I am concerned it may be a cracked head or block. Any advice?
You said the machine shop milled the head. Therefore they should have pressure tested and inspected the head for cracks/leaks. Additionally, you should have used a thicker head gasket to compensate for the milling. Did you flush the oil and coolant passages? You can do a test at the radiator reservoir to see if you detect cylinder gases.
