2.7 stroker
i have a 325e and want to build a stroker and eventually run a low boost set up.i found a used 325i head ,intake manifold,throttle body, harness, and ecu for cheap, but the valves are bent and head needs work. can i take the valve springs and cam out of the i head and use them in the e head for the build?

no. i heads have more bearing journals.
ok are the valves interchangeable between the e and i?
no different sizes. valves arent that expensive. just replace them all to be on the safe side
Whilst at it, you might as well get the head ported
