Can the pixels that went out on the instrument cluster be fixed, do i need to send the cluster in somewhere, what are my options and how do i get it fixed? thanks,

There is at least one cluster repair depot. Search this site for info. Yes, you'll need to ship it off.

Just had my cluster repaired, Now I can read it,All pixels excellent. I had to send it out ,Pm me for info what I did.
