2002 330ci MT 18k miles - fair price?

How much would you pay for a 2002 330ci with 5-speed mt, sport package, leather seats, xenon and 18" wheels, 18k miles and clean condition?

Dealer is asking for 32k driveout. I'm considering 28-29k. Reasonable?

Here in texas manual cars have a pretty limited market. Should this fact increase or decrease the value of used bmw MT's ?

Dose the car have a warranty with it? I personally think that they are asking a bit much. Low-ball them and then go out and price a brand new 330ci with the same options. The more numbers that you have to throw around when you are at the bargaining table will help you out. That and set a number and if they won't do that number leave. There are plenty of BMW's in America.
Yes the factory warranty remains till 08/06 and its a bmw certified preowned with an extended warranty till 08/08 or 100k miles. Pretty neat imo :)

Yeah I don't want to pay over 30k for a used 3 yr old 330. I threw them a 25k offer after testdrive and left. Hopefully they'll call me and we can start bargaining.

When I bought my 330 I was planning on getting it Factory Direct. The dealer had the exact car that I was going to buy coming in. I told him what I could get the car for, and that I didn't mind giving them a couple hundred bucks over that. But there is no way in this world that I was going to give them thousands. I gave him a number... and after running back and forth between the Manager, and me I finally decided to walk out. That is when the sales men said well let me see what I can do. What do you know they matched my number... then through in Floor mats, because I mentioned that the factory price had that as well. Trust me if they want to sell that car to you they will meet you at a reasonable price. 30 is on their side of the fence. Either way have fun and bring lots of cash, that always helps. :D
I'm selling my 2002 330ci 5spd, Prem Pkg, Cold Weather Pkg, Bi-Xenon lights, CD Changer, Warranty, 37,500mi. for $26,900. Excellent condition. I need to get rid of it in the next two weeks for my 2005 330ci coming in. I'm discounting it for quick sale. Prices very by region; I'm in Pittsburgh. I think you can do better on your pricing.
