Hello, I'm new to this forum and just have quick question. When I first start my 2003 325i the Power Steer Pump is squealing like a noisy fan belt. After the car runs for a little while the noise goes away. Has anyone experienced this before?

Welcome to Bimmerfest! I've moved your question to our E46 3 Series forum, you'll get more help in here. Are you sure it is your PS pump and not the idler pulleys? They tent to go back and squeal. You could try putting some WD40 or similar on the idler pulley (inside where the bearing are, not where the belt goes) and see if that causes the sound to go away. It would be a temp fix to help you isolate the issue.
