Hey guys I just bought a 2003 330i CPO with the HK sound system but no navigation unfortunately. So I was looking for which navigation systems look the best when put into this model?

Personally, I prefer the OEM retrofit.

But if you want to go aftermarket, it's going to be a question of personal taste - only you can decide what looks best to you. Whatever you choose, there's a guy that makes bezels for aftermarket nav screens that does a wonderful job (or so I've heard - I've never used his product, but many guys have it and love it):
