Dealer says he will give 30k for trade in.

What gives? Who is wrong? The dealer or edmunds?

If these cars are supposed to keep their resale so well, I would think the dealer would deal.

Well if the dealer won't give you 32k, then Edmunds is wrong. :)

Seriously, I've always found those valuation tools to be wrong. Maybe I'm just a bad negotiator, but with a pretty good sample the dealer always comes in 2k under KBB; some even tell me that's exactly how they calculate it.
