Hi all,

I need some help with an issue that I have on my BMW . I would be genuinely grateful if you could point me in the right direction. The car is showing passenger restraint fault, I try to erase errors with inpa, but it doesn't seem to clear. What am I doing wrong?

Many thanks in advance.

If you haven't fixed the issue it is always going to pop back up. From a bit of searching I found -

93F9 ***8211; is the code for SGM module ***8211;from what I found you have few possible options
1. Battery is old and voltage in the car is going crazy causing this error
2. Firmware on the module needs to be updated
3. module is bad and needs to be replaced
How old is your battery?

I've seen airbag errors on my old Miata too - people say it's due to the backup battery in the airbag module (not the main car-starting battery). Airbag module has its own battery that can fire the bags, even if your main battery or wiring gets damaged in the impact.

Could be the same situation in a BMW.
energiereserve spannung sounds like backup battery voltage...
