I'm recently getting an intermittent popping vibration when stopped at a traffic light, car only has 56K miles.

Feels like someone is hitting the bottom of the car with a hammer, not indicator lights, no strange smells.

I checked the oil and it's clean and topped off, any ideas? Maybe tranny fluid or plugs?
