The carfax is clean, and its a 1 owner lease return. I guess it was a 4 year lease through US Bank??? Interior is flawless.. the wheels have some curb rash on them, but all the tires are new. Here is a link to the car with pics and video. http://www.simplyluxuryimports.com/vehicle/2781025/2006-BMW-3-Series-330i-Sport-Pkg

Here is what they found when they had an indy mechanic inspect the car...

Left front fog light was loose (two missing bolts)
Power steering fluid was low, resevoir was damp
There is some oil residue on the front and side of the motor
Oil along the side of oil pan (note: possible ATF leak)
Rotors have rust pits and ridges...

All the things above were taken care of by the selling dealer. However, the one thing that gives me the most pause is the possible ATF leak...

The selling dealer did show me all the service records from BMW, and it looks like the idrive/nav screen was replaced at 40K miles or so...

Do you think there are too many red flags or would this be a vehicle worth making an offer on? I test drove the vehicle, but this was my 1st time driving the auto... I asked him what his bets offer would be and he stated 20,600.

Any opinions?
Yes - get the nicest 2003-2005 E46 330i ZHP you can find, and save a few thousand dollars. Avoid having to pay $400 at the dealer every time you need to replace a battery with an E90. Avoid the runflat tires. Etc. There's a good article below.
