Brought my car in to have the DRL turned on after noticing that they were not on during the day. Got a call back from the SA that my car doesn't have DRL. What? I think the SA doesn't know what she's talking about. Am I missing something here? Mine is one those that doesn't allow you to activate the DRL through the iDrive.

I called BMW USA but they couldn't answer technical questions. Can someone confirm that DRL do come in all E60 models?

I would just find another SA. Yes, your car can be programmed by the dealer to have DRL turned on. I know from personal experience with the same car. Don***8217;t expect them to be the Angel Eye lights though. You will have to do a trick with the wiring if you want that.

My 07 550 has DRL, accessable via I drive/Settings/Vehicle/Lighting. I did not know that all E60's do not have DRL.
