Just a tip:
I hate when dealers list the MSRP of the car and the options - whatever the NEW car price was is irrelevant, you are not selling a new car, the options are especially irrelevant. That said, it is a nice low mile car, but not worth $40k

Really?

I didn't see a price posted but 40k is just the asking price, it will in all likelihood sell for somewhere around 35k. To the other poster, take a look around and see what is available for the model year and low mileage......not much. It is a great looking car and a nice example of the e60 M5. Somebody will be thrilled to own and drive that, beats the hell out of the price of a new one!!!

How many owners? Are those original miles? Heard a lot of stories about rolling back the miles...

lol, so true on the getting a new car. if i were in the market for another m5, i would call him in a heart beat with a decent offer. people are selling the 07s with more miles in low to mid $30k. this is a low mile clean m5
