Considering leasing a 2011 325i (upgrade from current 2006 325i with 90k) MSRP is 36,675 ($34,025). 15,000 miles (.60 residual), .00131 money factor (after MSD), sales tax is 3%, and was given a $429 monthly payment with $0 down for 36 months. Based on the numbers I am running, looks like it should be closer to $350 per month given loyalty discount and sale to drive discount. They came down to a selling price of 32,729 (which sees too high) but even with this number, the lease should be lower than $429. Are there hidden fees that they may be adding and given the 2012's are coming out soon and qualify for $2500 rebates, how much under invoice is reasonable? There are over (100) 2011 325's on the lot. I appreciate any thoughts or comments.

I'd guess you can get it for pretty close to invoice ~$200? not including any incentives if buying a car off the lot. Check bmwconfig.com for invoice prices and lease calc...
