Disconnected negative battery terminal, drained coolant, removed right intercooler, removed filter housing, disconnected coils on right bank, removed coils, removed fuel injector lines, disconnected wire harness right bank, removed injectors, removed high pressure fuel pump, removed cam sensors, removed valve cover and resealed then reinstalled. Tried to start and engine turns over but will not start. Hooked up ProTool and have the following trouble codes and Drive Train Malfunction on the I-Drive display. Pro Tool will not clear the codes. Cheked fuses relays seem to be picking up about to start bugging the load-shedding relay for ignition and injection control. Maybe bad DME?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Just finished checking the coil and fuel injection circuits and everything is good to the DME connectors, have good continuity and voltages. Looks like the DME isn't taking the coils secondary to B- and the injectors as well, maybe bad transistor?

Go back to the DME box & pull the connector you removed, & inspect it. There are 2 many faults probably connected to that harness, that just happened. Check any connectors in the DME box that might have gotten bumped loose. If the harness doe not fix the problem, you probably triggered some type of fault to the fuel pump circuit? If you have ISTA, you are going to need it to find the problem. This is probably some type of fault that got triggered, that will need to be remove with ISTA. As a last resort, check your battery voltage with the light & ignition on. If the battery is below 12 volts, charge the battery to see if that will help your problem.

Double checked the connectors all look good no corrosion and all pins are straight, I have a 100 amp truck battery charger hooked to the car for the coolant bleed, where can I get ISTA?

Be careful not to overcharge the battery, as you could damage something.

Did you measure both sides of the negative terminal to make sure it did not get damaged while removing the battery? Check the connector, then the other side of the cable after the fusible link. With all of your codes, ISTA & a cable are your best option.
