2012 535i Lease Question

I'm thinking of selling my 2008 BMW 328i and leasing 2012 535i for 36months
What would be considered a good lease for 535i?

Model: BMW 535i
Option: Driver Assitance Package
OPtion: Technology Package
Lease Term: 36months
MSRP: 62,720 from BMW website
Downpay: $3,000
Credit Worthiness: Over 700

Not going for sport or an m sport package? I think one of the sport packages is a must on a BMW.
