I'm sorry 5100 miles on the same oil and you expected it not to burn it?? Simply change oil and feel happy
Here is the story: every single engine new or old burns oil, the only difference they burn it less or more depending on how powerful the engine is and how fast you drive it.
When oil level stays the same after 5000 mls it means it has some of gasoline in it so it seems like engine is not burning anything. Simply open oil cap and let your car stay for a week, then check your oil level
Btw new engine burns more oil bc of new piston rings etc.
