How can you not see the big old oil filter under the hood? Hint: Not under the car!

 

The oil filter is up top and you will need a large filter cap tool to remove. I find the original BMW unit has the best fit.
Did you find the correct oil drain bolt in the bottom? It is the regular bolt looking one that needs a socket to loosen. Not the ones that uses a hex bit.

 

If you are trying to do an extra oil change, you can pay for it out of pocket.

Just tell them not to reset the computer!
