2013 7 MFID option?

Talked to several dealers, and searched here and elsewhere - does anyone know if the new MFID (LCD instrument cluster) is standard, or an available option on US models (either at launch or perhaps as a mid-model year introduction)?
Actually interested in this for either the 13 7 series or 6 series...

The US gets everything last, that is our reward for buying all those cars lol.
Let's say they beta test in the "smaller" markets before rolling out big time...!
It's our reward for paying half, or less than half, of what the rest of the world pays for these cars.

I believe countries tax these cars to the nth degree.
I think since the US is one of the biggest auto markets they also price their cars lower there.
And as Ace said, lots of countries have extremely high taxes on luxury rides.
