Hi all !
I am very disappointed to learn that this service is no longer available on 2013 and no word as to when there might be a retrofit to update the technology for the full use of the navigation system. What thoughts do you all have and what can we do. I know I am not alone.

This (concierge service, send to car, and a few other things) are the result of your car having a 2G cellphone radio chip in it. The radio frequencies that the 2G network uses are being "sunsetted" in the US... meaning there will be no frequencies for your car to connect to.
