Hello,
I have a 2016 BMW 328i.
My BMW did not come with the angel eyes headlights.
My car came with the base model headlights.
I am hoping someone can tell me where, how, or if my car can be fitted with the angel eyes headlights, and if it can ... can you tell me where to buy them, and the type I need?

I'd go ahead and start with a different car. Factor in what the other retrofits interest you and buy a car that has them already installed. In the US, a 16 328i with halogens means it does not have premium package, and likely otherwise underoptioned.

Start with what you want, or deal with what you have until you can replace it.
