money factor is the same across the board, which is .00137-.00177, negotiable between you and your dealer.
Not sure what the 2017 residuals are, but I am sure they are LOWER than 2016s, and probably by a somewhat significant margin (which makes no sense I know). Since BMW uses residuals not to actually set what the car is worth on lease return, but to motivate people to purchase certain cars, all 2016 residuals are higher han 2017s , because they want you to buy 2016s now.
Since there are no offers on BMW website for 2017 there is no way to calculate the residual ourselves, so you will need your client advisor to tell you the residual (or pot on the ask a dealer forum to see if someone has that one for you).
If you are leasing, 2017 is going to be significantly more expensive, just be prepared for that.
