I have been on a search online to figure out how to stop steering wheel from going up on exit and down on entry. Since there is no setting in the menus, I have been looking up how to code this. Main reason for me, is I had a steering wheel stuck in the up position few times and I don't want it to keep happening.

I tried bimmercode app but could not find a proper setting to adjust. Please help.

Well not a great workaround, but if you quickly push the steering wheel power control lever, the wheel will stop on it's way up. I like the wheel to go up when I shutdown, but on occasion I stop the motion if I am getting right back in.
