Hey all,

I've seen a 27 month lease with a very aggressive residual (69%/15K miles) discussed and advertised in several places that are normally reputable and have good information. But the dealer I'm working with up north where I bought my current BMW claims to have no knowledge of that program whatsoever. The BMWUSA.com advertised lease special on the 328xi also seems to have literally just changed from $329/27 months to $369/36 months.

Anyone have any insight into this program on these cars? Are there only certain regions that have that offer? Any info is much appreciated!

Definitely in the northeast. Got one 10 days ago. Unbelievable deal, especially with extended loyalty
Thank you for the reply. I'm extended loyalty eligible as well, and am trying to get a deal done on one. I've now spoken with 2 dealers (one in PA and one in IL) who claim to know nothing of the 27 month program. I'm assuming it must be regional/limited to certain dealers and only on the AWD model sedans.

I'd obviously appreciate a referral here or by PM for either a forum sponsor or other dealer/CA who has this program and will shoot straight with an out-of-state buyer.

Many thanks!

Residual for 2011 335i xDrive 36 month lease:
57% for 15k miles
59% for 12k miles
60% for 10k miles

Money Factor = .0011 (If your current lease ends between Dec'11 - Feb'12) otherwise .00185
Discounts without any negotiation = $1500 (BMW Allowance) + $1840 (All wheel drive option credit) + $1000 (Loyalty for current BMW owners)

I dont know how much total discount you can get to with hard negotiation. I negotiated hard on 2011 328xi (MSRP: $46040) and my lease numbers are:

Initial payment: $1408.64 (includes first month's payment and taxes)
Monthly payment: 26 installments of $408.49 (includes taxes)

I'll be taking delivery on Dec 28th 2011.

Is your lease 10k per year? I assume you qualified for the 0.00110 mf.

I guess there is no special 27-mo lease for 335xi.

335i xDrive is also available for a good price. My last quote for a vehicle with MSRP of $52525 from the dealer was:

Initial payment: $1883.69 (Includes first month's payment and taxes)
Monthly payment: 35 payments of $533.76 (includes taxes)
Miles: 12k/yr

It is a very good price for 335i but the numbers on 328i are way better. I love the 300hp engine but thought about saving some money this time.

My 328 numbers in the previous post are for 12k/yr.

Thanks very much!

What selling price did they quote you on the 335xi? Did you get mf 0.00110, or 0.00155, or 0.00185?

In other words, did the price discounts include the $1,000 loyalty or did you choose the 0.0003 and/or 0.00075 mf discounts?

Does BMW have a program for the 27 month lease on 335's - Im REALLY interested in one as I currenlty have a 328iXdrive lease expiring in march.... CA said they can get me out of my lease and into a new vehicle sooner with this deal. I really would like to upgrade to a 335 if possible!

Hello folks...new member. Last bimmer car was an E46 323i...now riding an R1150R boxer. Time for a new 3 series. I sent a PM to batragautam concerning his deal. Currently in MetroNY they are paying the first month's payment up to $500 as well.

I'm getting a 27mo. payment at $456 for a metallic paint, dakota leather, navi, split rear seats, keyless entry, premium pkg. 10K/year. MSRP of $43,290. NO money out of pocket AT ALL. Just switch my plates and pay dmv their fee. Dealer prep is thrown in as well. I think I need to give about $85 to sign and drive. LMAO.

Good deal? Any more room for lowering the payment? Residualizing at 71%. Thanks for your help!!!
