323 squeal under 1000 rpm under load ?

hey my e36 323 is making a wierd squeal noice if i drive under 1000 rpm it squeal if its under load. it also do it if i hold still and release the clutch. mayby the belt ?

On that video it's the power steering/alternator/water pump belt squealing because he's jamming the power steering rack at the end of travel. I don't know if that's what you are experiencing or not. :dunno:
