so my 2001 325 had a bad trans, I put a 2004 used trans in.
immediately came up with code output speed circuit p0720. I cleared code and drove vehicle, it came out of limp mode cog went off dash and I thought I was in the clear.
vehicle slams into 2 and 3rd then back into limp mode and drives fine.
code came up p0733 and 732 Gear 2 incorrect ratio and gear 3 incorrect ratio.
trans is a hp 19 ZF
If I put car in manual 1, 2, or 3 put emergency brake on rev car up no slippage whatsoever
any ideas?
