Hey,
does anyone have a service manual and/or a schematic of the engine harness?
We're trying to fix a harness on my 335D 2011 and need to know what wires are what.

I would really appreciate it and I'm sorry should this have already been discussed. I wasn't able to locate anything in this forum.

AFAIK there is no reference that identifies each wire in a particular harness, by function, color or size. However TIS Online Service Manual has schematics which can be searched by component served, such as Fuel Injectors (Y2341 through Y2346 for cylinders 1 through 6), by Control Module, such as the DDE (A2249) each as shown in the following TIS schematic:
https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/...ntrol-unit-digital-diesel-electronics/bWnPAlD

TIS schematics are interactive, meaning you can click on any component ID# and get further information on that component. You can also see a color coding of each wire attached to a particular connector, such as Connector X2411, which appears to be the large engine harness which contains the injector wiring, among many other things. Here's the "Connector View" for Connector X2411, which has 96 pins:

You may prefer to simply see a "Pinout," and TIS has those too, as per this link:
https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/...2249-control-unit-digital-diesel-electronics/

TIS also contains Service Manual type information such as this procedure for replacing engine wiring harness:
https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/...al-system/12-51-engine-wiring-harness/E6S6N2X

To get started using TIS, go to this home page and enter your VIN (last 7 characters):
https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/

I don't have a diesel, but if you have any questions about how to use TIS, please post back.
