I think the EcoCredit expired a long time ago. It expired 8/31 for orders to be delivered by 11/2 iirc. Therefore you would've had to order by end of August and take delivery today to get it.

Actually orders through 11/2 qualified for the eco credit. Of course, that does not help answer the question.

335d/X5d extended to 01/04/10
Are the same rules in place about getting a confirmed order from BMW NA prior to 1/4/2010? Or, does the car have to be delivered before 1/4/2010? Or????

vehicles must be delivered by 02/28/10
Interesting. It could be white knuckle time for someone who placed an order close to 1/4/2010 while they wait with baited breath for their car to arrive at the dealer.... Unless BMW decides to extend the Eco Credit past 1/4/2010.

BMWNA ought to at least normalize the ED and US delivery prices. ED invoice is $2800 lower but you don't get the $4500. So in this rare case ED costs more. They ought to give ED'ers another $1700 just to even it out in fairness.

I ordered a 335d for ED on Nov. 11. Eco Credit does apply to ED under the current program.

No it does not. It explicitly states in the bulletin that ED's are excluded. If your center promised it or factored it into your deal, they're are sadly mistaken.
