535i Headlight
hey guys, a friend recently purchased some headlights for his 535 but heres the thing the computer thing is missing that turns the light at turns when driving... with out the computer whill the headlight actual light work shine? and will there be a message in the idrive system? thank you i appreciate your replies.

The headlight will light up, but he may get a message on the I-drive stating "adaptive headlight malfunction". This may be a stupid question, but since the 535 comes with xenon headlights as standard equipment, why did he purchase new headlights?
