I have an 08 550 with 122k. Ive taken it to two dealerships (Nalley in Decatur and BMW of South Atl). Each has given me a laundry list of issues with only a couple of OBVIOUS ones in common. I would like to find a Russian Guy named David who used to work on my car but cant seem to find him.
Anyone have a trusted 550 mechanic they would like to recommend?
FYI- DONT go to BMW of South ATL---they'll try to charge you for the FREE Donuts!!

I've received so much support and information on this forum. Only too happy to contribute when possible. BTW, he tells me he was stationed in "K" town (large US base in Kaiserslautern, Germany). I like doing projects on my cars and bikes but if I had an Indy nearby with skills and reasonable prices I would make use of their services.
