I ordered 6NR w/ my car. The retrofit adds the same functionality - apps, plugins, video playback from iPhone. So far the option has been a waste of money as every time I plug my iPhone in to use Pandora or web radio I invariably leave it I'm my car, and then I need it but don't have it.
