Shawn, would you know why the 6WB is showing that service is past due and needs break fluid and oil change but the 6WA isn't. The car was just in service with 6WA installed, when I got it back I put 6WB back in but now it's saying I need service again. I don't really care, but the issue is that it's sending a signal to the dealership telling them I need service.
The CBS records didn't update after 6WB went back in car. I am not sure why. Did you try VO Coding it again?

Yeah I did.

The weird thing is it was doing this before I went to service. They called me to come in because the car was telling them I needed service. I put 6wa back in brought the car to them and they were confused on why the car wasn't telling them it needed service anymore. I just played dumb.

They performed service, I got lucky and they flashed my whole car to 51.1, got the car back and just put 6WB in but it's still requesting service. I will mess with it more tomorrow. It's odd because it's saying service was due 11/2014, so there is a date off somewhere.

I think there is a way to sync CBS records with INPA, but I don't know it off the top of my head,

You may want to consider flashing 6WB now to 51.1 to match the car, which should also fix the issue.

I just vo coded it with a 11/13 fa date so that I could get the m sport edition hp reading in sport mode, and that seemed to take away the service request. I will flash kombi tomorrow though so that it's all on the same version.

Can you post a picture of the new hp reading?

It works for me on 51.1 but it's engine dependent. It should work with whatever engines allow you to have the power and torque meter on the idrive screen. It does show 0-480, I misread it the first time around I thought the 8 was a 0.

Shawn, what code was that?
I took a picture of it after I found it and tested it:

But I can't find where I wrote the FDL name down, so I will have to go back and figure it out again. :(

I will do it tonight or tomorrow and will post back.

I will also be looking for FDL Code for the digital speed speed display inside the Comfort / Comfort+ Mode as seen here above the needle base:

Hi shown. If you can't make your 6wb how we can make our kombi coding :-( which one you have problem exactly

Sorry, but I don't understand what you are asking here. :dunno:

The digital speed is called bc speed, or something like that. Not by a computer right now
No. This is different.

BC_DIGITAL_V enables the Digital Speed in the BC Cluster, controlled by the BC Stalk. I already have that FDL Coded and working fine.

The digital speed I am talking about is displayed inside the Speedometer Gauge at the base of the needle; not the BC Cluster.

I went back and tested this, and the FDL Code is MOTORLEISTUNG_ENABLE = aktiv to enable it. The meter scale units can be changed from kW to HP from the iDrive Settings menu:

Even when I changed it to HP, it still showed a digital readout of 80, unlike this picture below that is showing 480:

In all cases, it does not appear to be working because it is always maxed out with little or zero RPM's.

The code for this one is DIGITAL_TACHO_ENABLE:

It can be set for either mph or kmh and is independent of the main speedometer's unit of measure as shown in the picture with the main speedometer in mph, and the digital speed in kmh.

It is a nice addition to the Comfort / Comfort+ display, but redundant on the Sport / Sport+ display.

I do think the meter scale is dependent on certain engines, but it also didn't work for me when I accidentally fdl coded it on 50.3. It showed the same thing you are getting now. When I added the msport edition vo code and changed to a newer date on 51.1it then worked by vo coding.

I didn't know what the fdl code was so I didn't try to fdl code it on 51.1.

Actually now that I think about it, my kombi is still on 50.3. The rest of my car is on 51.1. I still haven't gotten a chance to flash my 6wb yet.
