I've searched this forum, and googled my little heart out, but I can't find a solution to this problem. I already know my 735i has some electrical trouble (the jerk who had it before me screwed a bunch up trying to install three different after market radios on his own), and I'm honestly hoping this isn't the problem.

My driver's side low beam headlight doesn't work. New bulb, doesn't work. New fuse, doesn't work. What else can I change or check. Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated! Been pulled over twice and I can't really afford the mechanic or the ticket if they decide to stop letting me go.

You are suffering from cracked solder joints in the LKM and Mustard relay. Both located on the driver side fender. This is a rather common early E32 problem that was improved upon in about '91.

It takes about an hour at most to re-solder them.
